A very classic style, the decoration of this restaurant is sober, simple and beautiful. It has a three course prix fixe lunch for $20 dollars and a four course prix fixe dinner for $25 to $30 dollars, depending on what you choose. The food is very tasty, very well put together; they don’t just serve a regular salad or soup but a special dish. There is always a veggie option or a fish option for pescatarians like me. I recommend: Lattuga alla griglia, spaghetti napolitana, and dolci del giorno (photo). I am so happy to give Luci Ancora the highest score, four leaves. Nothing in this restaurant is one-use-only. Every decision among food and environment was very careful considered. I think the price is very affordable for the service and food, both of the highest quality. I strongly recommend this place, you will feel the love in the air.

Mediterranea , Via Santa Marta 6, Milán, Italia 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 A veces planeas ir al mejor restaurante para probar el plato típico de la ciudad, pero terminas en el restaurante de enfrente porque ya no hay reservas, está lloviendo, tienes hambre y los restaurantes cierran en una hora.   Así llegamos a Mediterranean pero fue una experiencia culinaria muy grata. Primero, este restaurante va más allá de la propuesta de ser consciente ecológicamente, también adopta una política de soporte de los productores locales, de los alimentos sanos, comida balanceada y nutritiva. No utilizan aceites calientes, les interesa la calidad, la naturaleza y la salud.  Su lema es “il cibo è come una medicina che nutre il nostro benessere” que quiere decir: “la comida es como una medicina que nutre nuestro bienestar”.  La comida es la salud, una propuesta que traduce el pensamiento naturista y que yo aprendí de mi abuela.   Kan Cafetería, Heredia, Costa Rica 🌿🌿🌿🌿 Kan es un oasis en medio de una selva de cemento. Es un pequeño restaurante abundante en afecto, en auto conciencia y en el buen vivir. Si bien tiene varios platos vegetarianos también venden platos con pollo, pero todo es preparado de manera saludable, nada es frito y tanto los ingredientes como la preparación es de la mejor calidad. Su filosofía es la del “slow food”, opuesta al “fast food”, porque se prioriza la experiencia de comer antes que la rapidez, aunque los platos los preparan prontamente. Kan tiene  un solo ambiente pero la armonía es total, está lleno de esculturas de artistas hechas de tela, de cerámica y de otros materiales. Un librero con títulos muy interesantes te da la bienvenida, así como una pared llena de mandalas.
