Quinua Bowl: tricolor blend of quinoa, roasted chiles, corn, chickpeas, pickled red onion, avocado, vegan chipotle aioli     Aster Cafe , Minneapolis, MN 55414 🌿🌿🌿 This is our restaurant next to the Minneapolis Saint Paul Film Society, The Main theater, that is the reason we go pretty often. The menu is small but delicious and nothing here is disposable, except for the paper napkins, that is why can't have the highest score. Our favorite appetizer is the Artichoke Dip, it is really delicious. All the flatbread as good as well, but I think I especially like the Wild mushroom one. The Quinoa Bowl (photo) is in my top list. The selection of beers is good, service is kind and efficient. And, you can also check on the movie theater, there is always excellent movies being screening as MSP Film Society now own the whole Main Theater.  Good food, good service, next to the movie theater to have a drink in between movies, better impossible!  Eat Green, Be Happy rating syst...

Mediterranea , Via Santa Marta 6, Milán, Italia 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 A veces planeas ir al mejor restaurante para probar el plato típico de la ciudad, pero terminas en el restaurante de enfrente porque ya no hay reservas, está lloviendo, tienes hambre y los restaurantes cierran en una hora.   Así llegamos a Mediterranean pero fue una experiencia culinaria muy grata. Primero, este restaurante va más allá de la propuesta de ser consciente ecológicamente, también adopta una política de soporte de los productores locales, de los alimentos sanos, comida balanceada y nutritiva. No utilizan aceites calientes, les interesa la calidad, la naturaleza y la salud.  Su lema es “il cibo è come una medicina che nutre il nostro benessere” que quiere decir: “la comida es como una medicina que nutre nuestro bienestar”.  La comida es la salud, una propuesta que traduce el pensamiento naturista y que yo aprendí de mi abuela.
