Quinua Bowl: tricolor blend of quinoa, roasted chiles, corn, chickpeas, pickled red onion, avocado, vegan chipotle aioli     Aster Cafe , Minneapolis, MN 55414 🌿🌿🌿 This is our restaurant next to the Minneapolis Saint Paul Film Society, The Main theater, that is the reason we go pretty often. The menu is small but delicious and nothing here is disposable, except for the paper napkins, that is why can't have the highest score. Our favorite appetizer is the Artichoke Dip, it is really delicious. All the flatbread as good as well, but I think I especially like the Wild mushroom one. The Quinoa Bowl (photo) is in my top list. The selection of beers is good, service is kind and efficient. Victor’s 1959 Café, Minneapolis, MN 🌿🌿🌿 Si estás con antojo de un cafecito cubano (expreso con azúcar), ven a Victor's .  Victor’s está abierto de miércoles a domingo de 9:00 am a 2:00pm, así que tienes que ir temprano. Los fines de semana hay mucha gente así que ve con tiempo o ve temprano si tienes mucha hambre. He ido dos veces y me ha gustado muchísimo la comida. He comido el desayuno Día y noche (foto) y en otra ocasión el desayuno Eggs Havana. El primero me gustó más que el segundo. El segundo estaba delicioso excepto por las yuquitas, que normalmente son mis favoritas. Otros comensales recomiendan los tostones, sandwich cubano y desayuno ropa vieja, pero todo lo que pidas sabe delicioso. La salsa creole vale la pena probarla. Ichiddo Ramen, St Paul, MN 55116 🌿🌿🌿  There is some people that don’t pay for noodles but others that enjoy them, especially when taste good and came in a beautiful and artistic bowl, I am one of the latter. This small restaurant is delicious, I tried the ramen in a soup but there is also an option of fried noodles. My bowl was full of vegetables and it was enough for a good lunch. All the utensils were not only non plastic but pretty, it was obvious that were chosen with good taste, even the chopsticks that in many restaurants are of one use only. The decoration of the restaurant is simple but gives a great impact. They use spoons or ceramic bowls of different styles to bring an artistic touch. Unfortunately, I can’t give Ichiddo the perfect score because of the plastic container of the thai tea, other wise delicious and with bubbles, which I enjoyed but I think I prefer my tea withouth them.
